Tata VSNL’s IP Services combines the best Internet technologies with all the advantages of private networking. We've designed end-to-end solutions with security features that allow controlled access to employees, business partners and customers.

Tata VSNL with the help of its sophisticated Network Management tools will continuously monitor Bandwidth usage and can advise the customer on the usage pattern thereby facilitating Bandwidth upgrades at the right time. All intercity links will be based on landlines taken from MTNL/BSNL/ Other Service Providers.

Redundant network
The network design is fault tolerant and highly redundant and is capable of handling the load. Tata VSNL is putting up its own gateway at multiple locations and thus making its network independent of BSNL/MTNL/VSNL infrastructure.

Network Monitoring
Tata VSNL has set up a Network Operating Centre (NOC) at major locations. This NOC will monitor the network performance and also to do traffic analysis. This will cover all the servers hosted at the Data Center.

Service Level Agreements
Tata VSNL will enter into a Service Level Agreement with the customer. The SLA will commit guarantees on Uptime. The details of the SLA are enclosed.
